The Weight of Things: Six Looks From the Studio.
This week we pulled six looks from the studio and asked one question of each: where does the weight sit. Some carry it on the shoulders, some in the leg, one on the feet. The pieces are listed as worn, at the prices on the shelf.
Blue on Blue, Kept Loose
The Bond Blue Jacket over the Grand Blue Jean is one colour worn twice, which reads as a decision rather than a coincidence. Monster Slides take the formality out of the bottom half, so the jacket can do its work without the whole outfit going stiff. The Leather Cuff Bracelet is the only accessory, and that restraint is the point for an evening that moves between air-conditioned rooms and the car.
One Top, Two Lengths
The Bling White Top anchors this, and the choice is in the bottom: the Booty Short for a night that runs late, the Duo Belt Chinos Jort when the day starts earlier and involves more walking.
